@dukari (1D ago| Updated 1D ago)please give me some advice on this; If I am going to wait for my 491 invitation offshore, in my home country after the visa expiry, will it decrease my chances?

it all depends on state requirements, your profile, demand/supply etc. There is no simple yes/no answer to your question. Usually, I recommend if you can stay onshore, then try to stay onshore.

I have no option to stay as it is my TR that is finishing, and I am not in a position to spend some more money for a student visa. It is very hard to find a sponsor as a community worker. I got no current option to stay here till i receive my invitation but rather go back to my country and wait. I am really sacred tbh. My 485 is ending in 10 days.
I honestly think that it does not matter as long as you have good points which I assume you can prove and your occupation is in demand. You just have to wait quite a while for the grant. Staying onshore would offer you maybe other visa options that could be faster to get etc.
