Do I need new EOIs and ROIs for FY2024-25?

• 🟢 189: New EOI not required
• 🟢 ACT: New EOI/ROI not required. ACT Matrix auto-expires after 6 months if not invited.
• 🟢 NSW: New EOI not required
• 🟢 NT: New EOI/ROI not required.
• 🔴 QLD: New EOI is required to be submitted on or after 13 Sep 2024. Additionally, a ROI has been introduced this FY, so a ROI is required.
• 🟢 SA: New ROI/EOI not required.
• 🟢 TAS: New EOI/ROI not required. ROIs expire after 6 months.
• 🔴 VIC: New EOI not required. However, as at 14 Aug 2024, if your current EOI is expiring in next 12 months, then a new EOI is required. Moreover, a new ROI is required for all applicants.
• 🟢 WA: New EOI not required.

Note: EOIs auto-expire in 2 years if not invited. If a new EOI is required, it means you can withdraw existing EOI, and submit a new one.
