You need to provide details on each qualification including:

Skills Assessment
Provide information about your skills assessment by the assessing authority for your nominated occupation. You need to provide the following information:
- the name of your nominated occupation
- the name of the assessing authority
- the date of your completed skills assessment
- the reference number provided by the assessing authority
Employment history
Provide information about your employment history. List all employment for the last 10 years. You need to provide the following information for each job:
- position title
- employer name
- country
- start date and end date of employment
- if the position is related to your nominated occupation
- if you are claiming points for the position
