Generally speaking, it is recommended that you:
- have your roles well defined when they ask you about them
- have your teams task in mind
- have in mind, the types of customer complaints, and how your team resolve them
- in case is a services or products company, how’d you manage the refund policy.
- have your company’s customer service policy written down, if they ask you to recite it.
- explain how you measure the customer satisfaction
- how do you oversee the staff beneath you.
- what’s your daily work time routine
- workings and outcomes with an unsatisfied customer
