Frequently Asked Questions

I have received an interview request from VETASSESS for my Customer Service Manager skill assessment. What can I expect in the interview ?

Updated 1 year ago

For a recently conducted interview, the interview lasted around 30 minutes and the key areas covered include:

  • companyโ€™s industry,
  • your roles,
  • the people working under (and above) you
  • the type of complaints handled as a Customer Service Manager and how you would resolve those complaints and how your team would solve it,
  • about any recently policies you helped develop

Generally speaking, it is recommended that you:

  1. have your roles well defined when they ask you about them
  2. have your teams task in mind
  3. have in mind, the types of customer complaints, and how your team resolve them
  4. in case is a services or products company, howโ€™d you manage the refund policy.
  5. have your companyโ€™s customer service policy written down, if they ask you to recite it.
  6. explain how you measure the customer satisfaction
  7. how do you oversee the staff beneath you.
  8. whatโ€™s your daily work time routine
  9. workings and outcomes with an unsatisfied customer

๐Ÿšจ Try to stay away from sales and operations stuff - focus on Customer service aspects.
