Can you share some tips on writing a letter of commitment for Northern Territory (NT) offshore nomination ?

The letter of commitment doesn't have a standard format.

You should just write from the heart about why you're dedicated to the Territory.

• Write about what you look forward to doing when you get here, how your job prospects look good and stable, and what will keep you here.
• Things the NT does really well/classic Territorian hobbies:
  • Fishing
  • Camping
  • Off roading
  • National Parks (Kakadu and Litchfield would be your main ones, if looking at Darwin)
  • Markets
  • Festivals (Darwin festival, Laksa festival, smaller community/cultural festivals)
  • The great outdoors in general
• Look into these sorts of things and mention how you enjoy them and look forward to doing them for many years to come.
• If there is a big presence of people from your community here (Indonesia, Nepal, Greece, China and to a lesser extent India have a big presence here) you can add in getting involved there too. Just look up what sorts of things you might do in your spare time here and write an impassioned letter about it.

In short, they want to know that you know what you're letting yourself in for and have done your research. They want to know you will form strong ties and not run off down south at the first chance you get, so you need to convince them you know about the Territory and have strong prospects of making a good life here
