What documents are required for applying NSW 491 Pathway 1 (RDA) State Nomination?

You are required to submit supporting evidence for all points claims in your SkillSelect EOI.

At a minimum, this includes:

• passport bio-data page
• English assessment
• skills assessment
• evidence of your employment including:
  • bank statements showing evidence of income
  • payslips
  • employment contract
  • reference letter from you employer detailing the duration of employment, duties performed and hours worked per week
• evidence of your current residency including:
  • 3 months of bank statements showing everyday transactions
  • lease/rental agreements
  • utility bills
  • driver's license/proof of age card
  • evidence of your education/qualification
• PDF copy of your SkillSelect EOI and points breakdown
• evidence of all points claims
• Form 956 (if using a migration agent)
• evidence of regional NSW study (if applicable)

🚨 All documents must be valid for a minimum period of one calendar month from the date you apply for nomination
