I am seeking confirmation on whether partner points can be awarded in this scenario.

@gregormendel. I'm 36 years of age, skill assessment done (positive outcome) in 2021 (expired) and competent English. Same ANZSCO 263111. Will I give 10 points towards my partner's application? Thanks

No, partner needs to be < 45 to be able to give full 10 partner pts. So only 5 in your case for competent English
